1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Cornerstone Projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cornerstone Projects provides landscape maintenance and consultancy services in Brisbane. Our "Dynamic Care Plans" are generated based on the information and images provided by you. While we strive for accuracy, these plans are subject to onsite verification and seasonal adjustments.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including address, budget, and any specific requirements or hazards. You must ensure that our team has safe access to the property for any scheduled maintenance.

4. Payments

Service fees are based on the agreed-upon care plan. Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 7 days. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your maintenance plan by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Projects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the implementation of care plans.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
